Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Claw42 is run by Kilo Spark. This policy covers what data we collect, what we do with it, and how we keep it safe.

2. What we collect

Four things, basically:

• Your email address (from signup or the waitlist).
• Anything you send to your agents: messages, persona configs, and settings.
• How you use the platform: which workspaces you open, what features you use, session timestamps.
• Standard technical stuff your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, device info.

3. What we do with it

We use your data to run the service, authenticate you, process agent tasks, send you service emails (not marketing), and catch abuse. We also use it when the law requires us to.

4. AI processing

When you message an agent, that message goes to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate a response. Your agents will also browse the web on your behalf, which means third-party sites see the agent's traffic. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

5. Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data. The only parties that receive it are our infrastructure hosts (cloud servers, database), AI providers (to run your agents), our payment processor (Polar.sh, which handles billing and receives your email and payment details), and law enforcement or regulators if legally compelled.

6. How long we keep it

Account data stays as long as your account is active. Agent session data is deleted after 90 days. If you delete your account, we wipe your personal data within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep it.

7. Security

All connections use TLS. Each workspace runs in its own isolated container. Auth tokens expire after 15 minutes. That said, nothing is unhackable, and we can't promise absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

• Ask what personal data we have on you
• Ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Export your data
• Object to how we process your data

9. Cookies

We set cookies for login sessions. That's it. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

10. Age requirement

Claw42 is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll email you or post a notice in the dashboard. Check the date at the top to see when it was last updated.
