Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Claw42, which is run by Kilo Spark ("we", "us"). By using Claw42, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Claw42 is

Claw42 runs AI agents in the cloud. Each agent gets its own isolated container with a dedicated Chromium browser. You talk to agents through the dashboard and can watch them work over VNC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, email us at hello@claw42.com immediately.

5. Don't do these things

You can't use Claw42 to:

• Break the law
• Infringe on other people's rights
• Distribute malware or hack into systems
• Send spam or phishing messages
• Bypass rate limits or security controls
• Generate illegal or deceptive content

We'll suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Polar.sh. Fees are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We'll give you 30 days' notice before changing prices. Early access pricing is whatever we quoted you at signup.

7. Who owns what

Your content is yours. The Claw42 platform, code, and docs are ours. You give us permission to process your content, but only to run the service.

8. Third-party sites

Your agents will visit and interact with other websites. You're responsible for following those sites' terms. We don't control what's on them.

9. No warranties

Claw42 is provided "as is." Agents can and will make mistakes. They might misread a page, click the wrong thing, or hallucinate. Always review what they do.

10. Liability cap

If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Closing your account

You can leave any time. We can also cut off access if you break these terms, or for other reasons with reasonable notice. Either way, we delete your data within 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll email you or post a notice in the dashboard. If you keep using Claw42 after that, you're accepting the new terms.
